Tom Rumora is Director of Economic Development and Tourism for Spotsylvania County, located along I-95 between Washington, DC and Richmond, VA.  Spotsylvania Economic Development and Tourism collaborates with investors and entrepreneurs who may be looking for convenient, affordable, and safe places to locate and grow their enterprises.

Tom is also Vice President of the Fredericksburg Regional Alliance (FRA), a regional economic development organization in Virginia, where facilities, workforce, and other essential resources are available to investors as stakeholders, including responsive and candid support for critical decision making factors.
