Tina Gambhir, Ph.D.

Dr. Tina Gambhir, M.J., RHIA professional, is an educator, mentor, consultant and, for the past 10 years, a leader in the HIM industry. Her experience includes information management consulting for long term care facilities and teaching at educational institutions. Dr. Gambhir, author of Gratitudeness and Understanding Your Medical Records is also the founder of  Practice Gratitude, LLC, a company focusing on professional speaking, health information management topics and education. She is an editorial board member for AHIMA Perspectives and Board Member, Purdue University Global Health Sciences Program, and past Director of Education, District of Colombia Health Information Management Association (DCHIMA).  Dr. Gambhir’s education includes a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University and Master’s degree focusing on health law at Loyola Law School in Chicago.​
